Auditions are over and our show is cast! Check back in late August for announcements regarding our Fall 2012 show.

Important Attendance Information

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS
Each performer is required to attend all of his/her scheduled rehearsals. Unless you provide a stand-in, missing rehearsal will prevent you from being staged into musical numbers.

All conflicts must be communicated on your Conflict Calendar. Any known conflict (vacations, activities, special occasions) not reported on the Conflict Calendar is grounds for immediate dismissal from the production.

Rehearsal schedules are subject to change to make the most productive use of time. All cast members are required to participate in all of their group performances.

ILLNESS and EMERGENCIES
Thank you for notifying the Director about your illness/emergency. Please provide a stand-in. Unless you provide a stand-in, missing rehearsal may prevent you from being included in blocking and choreography.

SPRING BREAK
Rehearsals during Spring Break are highly recommended and encouraged, but not mandatory for those who have a planned vacation reported on their conflict calendar. Please provide a stand-in for all rehearsals you miss.

PRODUCTION WEEKS
Attendance within your group is mandatory during production weeks at the auditorium. No exceptions will be made without consent from the Director. Rehearsals might run as late as 10 PM each night during the week immediately prior to your group’s first show, so please be prepared for this.
